Write to us about:

• Help and questions — using a calculator, photo solving, your account or your plan.
• Billing — receipts, renewals, cancelling, or a charge you don't recognise. Please email us before contacting your bank, and include the email address you paid with and your order number.
• Refunds — see our Refund policy for when a payment can be refunded.
• Mistakes in an answer — paste in the problem and the answer you got.
• Privacy requests — access, correction, export or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Safety and content reports

If you see anything unsafe or inappropriate, or a copyright problem, email support@mathssolverai.org with what you saw. Urgent reports about the safety of a child are handled first. Our Acceptable Use Policy explains how we review reports.

If a student is in danger or thinking about self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a helpline straight away — our Safety page lists helplines by country.

Parents, guardians and teachers

You're always welcome to get in touch — about what MathsSolve does, buying Pro for a student, or deleting a child's data. See also For parents.

Payments

Orders are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, which takes the payment, issues your receipt and handles sales tax. For anything about your MathsSolve plan, email us first — we'll sort it out with them.

MathsSolve is operated by Chen Zhe, an individual based in the People’s Republic of China.
